		<description>DSvT: As one climbs the ladder of corporate hierarchy, they become more managers then actual work doers. So if at any point in time, they need to do something, they will have to depend on someone to do it for them. Besides if a lower paid person can do the things then why should a manager being paid so much get into it. I guess, it is a trade off between learning to do more oneself or learning to get more done by others.</description>
